These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of text messaging, mobile communications, and any related services provided by Florida Facility Solutions (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By providing your mobile number and participating in Our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Providing Telephone Numbers and Duty to Notify

You represent and warrant that any mobile number provided to Us is true, accurate, and currently owned or subscribed by you. You agree to immediately notify Us of any changes to your contact information, including changes in telephone number ownership, before such changes take effect, by emailing contact@flfacilitysolutions.com.

2. Consent to Receive Automated Calls and Texts

By voluntarily providing your mobile number(s), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (including SMS, MMS, or successor protocols) and/or calls from Us. Messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service updates

  • Promotional offers

You understand that consent is not required to make any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary.

 

3. Opt-Out Instructions

Participation is voluntary. You may opt out at any time:

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your voluntary provision of a telephone number that is not owned by you

  • Failure to notify Us of changes in your mobile number

  • Claims under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any applicable state law

5. Participation Requirements

By participating, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging

  • Are using a participating wireless carrier

  • Have an active text messaging service on your wireless device

Not all wireless carriers or devices support text messaging services. Check your device and carrier for compatibility.

6. Email Marketing and Promotions
By voluntarily providing your email address, you consent to receive promotional emails, newsletters, discounts, and other marketing communications from Florida Facility Solutions. Consent is not required to make a purchase. You may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us at contact@flfacilitysolutions.com. 6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Our services, website, or content for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Stealing, copying, or redistributing content from Our website or communications without explicit permission

  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with Us

  • Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to Our systems, networks, or services

  • Using Our services for spam, harassment, or illegal marketing campaigns

We reserve the right to terminate access or take legal action against users who violate these restrictions.

8. Miscellaneous

  • You represent that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms.

  • Nothing in this Agreement or your participation will violate any other contract or obligation.

  • If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Northeast Florida.
